Section 13(1) in The M.P. Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
(1)It shall be necessary to complete the internal development works of the colony by the coloniser within a maximum period of three years from the date of issue of the permission of development of the colony under Rule 12.
