Section 162 in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Act, 1974
162. Indemnity for acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority, in respect of anything in good faith done or purported to be done by him under this Act.
