Section 9(3)(c) in M.P. Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017

(c)The manner of selection of persons with disabilities for various posts after recruitment and before promotion, training shall be given and preference shall be given in transfer, posting, special leave and in allotment of residential accommodation and other facilities.
