63. Grant of stay.
- The appellate authority may at any time direct that the execution of the order against which appeal is pending be stayed for such time as it may deem fit:Provided that no stay for the recovery of mining dues shall be granted unless the party seeking stay has paid the undisputed amounts of rents, royalties and interest due thereon and has furnished bank guarantee for the disputed amounts of such rent, royalty and interest,]
