Section 94B(a) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(a)the amount of fees, dues or losses of value of movable or immovable property which are irrecoverable is certified to be irrecoverable by the Auditor of the Co-operation Department in his Audit Memo;
