7. Legal practitioners not to appear.

- No legal practitioner shall be allowed to appear in any proceeding under this Act before the Assistant Commissioner.Explanation. - In this section the expression "Legal practitioner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Advocates Act, 1961.
