Section 36(5) in Rajasthan Agricultural University Act, 1962
(5)[The Academic Council] [Substituted, by Act No. 37 of 1987 dated 7-11-1987.] may not alter a draft received from the Board of Studies but may reject the draft received or return it to the Board of Studies for further consideration together with its own suggestions.
