Mr. K. Radhakrishnan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants started his arguments at 11.30 a.m. in Civil Appeal No. 7622 of 2014 and concluded at 3.05 p.m. Thereafter Mr. P. Chidambaram, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents started his submission and concluded at 3.45 p.m. Then Mr. S.
