Section 15(6) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(6)Immediately after the scrutiny of all the nomination papers, the Returning Officer shall prepare a list of validly nominated candidates in Form-7 and publish a copy thereof in the notice-board of his office. The list of validly nominated candidates shall be drawn up in the order of Tamil alphabet.
