12. Allocation of Symbols.
- The Returning Officer shall, on the expiry of the time fixed for withdrawal of candidatures allocate by draw of lot to each validly nominated candidate hereinafter called the contesting candidate a symbol out of Symbols as prescribed by Election Commission.
