64. Special mode of appointment.
(1)The Executive Council may invite a person of high academic distinction and professional attainments to accept a post of Professor in the School on such terms and conditions as it deems fit, and on his acceptance, appoint him to the post.(2)The Executive Council may appoint a teacher or any other member of the academic staff working in any other School or organization for undertaking a joint project in accordance with the manner prescribed.
