Section 12(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Persons With Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2003
(1)Non-official members of the Co-ordination Committee resident at State Head quarters shall be paid an allowance at a rate to be fixed by the Government from time to time for each day of the actual meeting of the Co-ordination Commit¬tee.
