Section 17(1)(ii) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009

(ii)The salaries and allowances payable to these staff and other conditions of service of such staff shall be such as may be determined by the State Government from time to time.
