Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Pawnbrokers and Debt Relief Laws (Amendment) Act, 1980
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Pawnbrokers and Debt Relief Laws (Amendment) Act, 1980.(2)Clauses (1) and (3) of section 3 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th day of June 1980 and the rest of this Act shall come into force at once.
