Section 20(1) in The Organic Agricultural Produce Grading and Marking Rules, 2009
(1)Any application for grant of a license to be made to the Authorised Inspection and Certification Agency shall be in Form-3, which shall be processed and license be granted as per provisions of the National Programme for Organic Production as published in the said notification.
