1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking to enclose the copy of the document as sought for as part of Annexure-10 series and to paginate the writ petition accordingly.

3. Considering the contention raised by Mr. B. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and after hearing Mr. Pravakar Behera, learned Standing Counsel for Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.3, the Petitioner is permitted to do so.

4. The I.A. stands allowed.

5. List this matter after two weeks. Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed by the Opposite Parties in the meanwhile.
