                         UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                             O R D E R

Pursuant to the order dated 23.11.2015, an inquiry was conducted against the petitioner and in the said inquiry, the petitioner was found guilty of certain charges and a penalty of forfeiture of certain increments and denial of entire backwages was inflicted upon the petitioner. However, the order dated 23.11.2015 mentioned earlier also made it clear that if any such adverse order Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by DEEPAK MANSUKHANI Date: 2016.11.28 16:42:09 IST Reason: were to be passed against the petitioner, it would be open to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies available to him in law.

In the circumstances, we do not see any reason to proceed with the special leave petition. The special leave petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available to him under law.
