Section 18(1)(c) in The M.P. Anusuchit Jan Jati Sahukar Viniyam, 1972

(c)who renews loan in contravention of sub-section (7) of Section 8 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both.
