Section 3(1) in Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2005
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may by notification appoint, there shall be established in the State of Uttar Pradesh an Institute by the name of Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya [National Law University] [Substituted for 'Rashtriya Vidhi Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.], Uttar Pradesh.
