Section 8 in The Jammu and Kashmir Heritage Conservation and Preservation Act, 2010
8. Constitution of Executive Committee.
- There shall be an Executive Committee which shall co-ordinate and implement the decisions of the Heritage Conservation and Preservation Authority. The said Executive Committee shall consist of such persons, not exceeding ten including the Member-Secretary as may be prescribed.
