1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that the University has issued a notification dated 13-3-2018 by which the petitioner would be entitled to appear in the examination subject to verification of mark-sheet of the petitioner.
2. The statement as well as the notification dated 13-3-2018 are taken on record.
3. The petition is accordingly disposed of and the petitioner shall approach the University along with a copy of this order for needful action. No order as to cost(s).
