- Fees paid in excess and fees paid for inspections which for any reason not due to any fault or omission of the owners or persons in charge of boilers have not been made shall be refunded by the Chief Inspector or adjusted against the fees for the inspection of any other boiler or boilers of the same owner or owners, if the refund is applied for within one year of the date of payment.
