Section 33(j) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(j)Any other papers or articles as directed by the Election Officer to be kept in a sealed packet.(ii)Each such packet shall be sealed with the seal of the Presiding Officer and of those candidates or polling agents who may desire to affix the seals thereon.(iii)The Presiding Officer then shall deliver to the Election Officer the packets referred to in sub-rule (i) along with the ballot box accompanied by a statement. Each packet shall be numbered and shall bear a note as to its contents.
