Section 3(e) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(e)The recognition of Madarsa, of each and every level as under 6(2), shall be granted by the Registrar with the approval of recognition Committee of the Madarsa Education Board.
