Section 8 in Jammu and Kashmir Governors Special Security Force Act, 2018
8. Resignation and withdrawal from the post.
- No member of the Force shall be at liberty,-(a)to resign his appointment during the term of his engagement, except serving one month's prior notice to the Government ; or(b)to withdraw himself from all or any of the duties of his appointment, except with the previous permission in writing of the prescribed authority.
