Section 5(1) in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
(1)It shall be the sole discretion of the District Judge to appoint PrincipalPrivate Secretary from amongst the pool of Administrative Officers(Judicial)available.
