Section 32(3) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(3)The Registrar shall be the ex-officio Secretary to the General council and theExecutive Committee and the Academic Council and shall be responsible for the properrecording of their proceedings and for placing before such authorities all such matters as maybe necessary for the transaction of their business.
