Section 16(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Act, 1971
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and subject to any general or special order of the council, it shall be the duty of the registrar to maintain the registers referred to in sub-section (2) and, from time to time, to revise those registers and publish the same in the prescribed manner.
