By way of this Application, the applicant, inter alia, sought issuance of directions to the respondents to allow him to appear in the examination, which was scheduled to be held on 3.11.2012.
2. The applicant has indeed been allowed to appear in the said examination on 3.11.2012. As such substantive relief sought by the applicant in this Application stands duly satisfied. The respondents may take further action on the basis of the result of the applicant in the said examination as per the applicable rules.
3. The applicant also seeks compensation on account of non-intimation of the notification dated 23.7.2012. Having given our consideration to this aspect of the matter, we are not inclined to accede to this request of the applicants counsel.
4. The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
