Section 584 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
584. Any place at any time be inspected for the purpose of preventing spread of infectious disease.
- The Commissioner may at any time, without notice or after giving such notice of his intention, as may, in the circumstances, appear to him to be reasonable, inspect any place in which any infectious disease is reported or suspected to exist and take such measures as he shall think fit to prevent the spread of the said disease beyond such place.
