Section 81(2)(d) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020

(d)The foreign employer shall contribute towards employer's contribution in the National Pension System, an amount as may be determined by the Competent Authority, sufficient to cover the Authority's liability towards monthly contribution for the period the employee is on deputation.
