Section 99 in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2011
99. Repeal.
- The Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002, is hereby repealed:Provided that such repeal shall not affect the previous operation of rules, so repealed and all orders, appointments made and action taken under the rules, so repealed shall be made and taken under these rules.
