Section 10(1) in Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and collection of countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995
(1)The designated authority may carry out investigation in the territory of other countries, in order to verity the information provided or to obtain further details :Provided that the designated authority notifies to such country in advance and such country does not object to such investigation.
