(1)Definitions.-In these Rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context "Safety Officer" means any officer by whatever designation known, possessing the qualifications prescribed in this Rule and employed by the occupier of a factory to look after the duties of a safety officer prescribed in this Rule.
