Section 61(s) in The Board of Secondary Education (Madhya Pradesh) Regulations, 1965
(s)that the scales of pay of the Principals, Head Master, Lecturer, teachers, clerks and other staff shall not be lower than those sanctioned for the corresponding staff in Government institutions;
