आदेश / ORDER
These two appeals by the assessee emanate from the separate orders passed by the CIT(A)-1, Nagpur on 31-08-2020 in relation to the assessment years 2013-14 & 2014-15.
2. Before us, the assessee has filed letters dated 12-02-2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeals. The relevant contents of such letters which is common to both appeals read as under :
"This is to inform you that, we have gone through the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme (DTVSVS) and wish to withdraw the Appeal filed, as referred above, with your department.
I request you to please give us written permission for the same and oblige. I am attaching herewith the Form 1 and Form 3 filed under DTVSVS Scheme for your kind perusal."2

3. The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals.
