                 illegally drawing huge water from deep borewell in middle of the
                 Thamiraparani river by using mega size electric motors and consequently
                 take action against illegally construction and running the additional
                 industrial unit in 12th respondent's factory by considering the petitioner's
                 representation dated 02.02.2019 within a stipulated time fixed by this
                 Court.
