Section 14(1) in Himachal Pradesh City Transport and Bus Stands Management and Development Authority Act, 1999
(1)Subject to the rules, if any, made by the Government in this behalf, it shall be the function of the Authority to manage the Bus Stands [and transport buses procured by it] [Inserted vide H.P. Act No. 12 of 2014.] efficiently.
