Section 44 in The Jammu and Kashmir Customs Act, 1958 (1901 A.D.)

44. Seizure of things liable to confiscation.

- Anything liable to confiscation under this Act may be seized by any Customs and Excise officer or other person duly employed for the prevention of smuggling.
