Section 6(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016
(1)The Commission shall have the power to appoint Officers including the Commission Secretary for discharging various duties. The Commission shall also specify the qualifications, experience and other terms and conditions for the appointment/ recruitment.
