Section 15 in Abhilashi University (Establishment And Regulation) Act, 2014
15. The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be appointed by the Chancellor in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be specified by the statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified by the statutes.
