Per Ms. Jayati Chandra, Member (A) The applicant has filed Misc. Application No. 2045/12 seeking modification of judgment and order dated 31.7.2012 passed in Original Application No. 199 of 2006 whereby he has sought to insert the word Hindi Officer in para 9 of the aforesaid judgment and order dated 31.7.2012 in line 4 in between words Grade I and in accordance.
2. We have carefully perused the judgment and order dated 31.7.2012 and in para 9 of the judgment, there is only two lines and not four and more lines as has been mentioned in M.A. No. 2045/12 and further a chart has been shown with regard to comparative basis.
3. We also noticed that the modification application has been filed without enclosing the affidavit in support thereof and as such it cannot be said that the modification application is in order and further the same has been drafted in a hazy manner.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the aforesaid modification application vide M.A. no. 2015/12 is misconceived and is liable to be dismissed as such. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
