Section 234(3) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(3)When the establishment of a new private market is sanctioned the [Commissioner] shall cause a notice of the sanction to be exhibited in English, Hindi and Marathi in some conspicuous spot on or near the building or place where such market is to be held.
