Section 133(3) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(3)For every inspection under the rules of this Part a fee of rupees thirty shall be paid in advance by the applicant into a Government treasury to the credit of the Government and the treasury receipt furnished to the Chief Electrical Inspector.
