Section 13(b) in Gujarat Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificates) Act, 2018
(b)every offence punishable under this Act, shall be tried by any Magistrate of First Class following summons case procedure prescribed in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (2 of 1974).
