Section 7(b) in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University Chennai (Affiliation of Dental Colleges) Statutes
(b)The applicant shall satisfy the University that he has clear title to the lands without any encumbrance and shall furnish the title deeds and such other documents as required by the University, from time to time, in this regard.
