(4)The system operation charges from the intra-State buyers shall be collected in proportion to their contracted capacities, for use of state transmission system.Note. - The above provisions shall not be applicable to the renewable energy based power generating plant, bulk consumers and captive users. Further, these charges shall also not be applicable to the other intra-State buyers and intra-State sellers for the quantum of power procuring or selling power through the short-term open access route.
