Section 5(ii) in Jharkhand Private Money Lending (Prohibition) Act, 2016
(ii)Whoever having been convicted of an offence under this Act is again convicted of an offence under this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
