Section 4(a) in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Subordinate Service Rules, 1989
(a)Except in so far as it relates to the physically handicapped persons the rule of special representation (General Rule 22) shall apply to the appointments to the categories and the method of appointment as specified below:
