Section 47(c) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(c)wilfully makes or causes to be made any false representation in any matter relating to certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this Act; shall on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment which may extent to six months or with fine which may extend to twenty thousand rupees or with both.
